Below are a collection of additional resources that may not have been listed in other sections of programs and solutions available in New Brunswick.

The Benefits Finder is a tool found on the Government of Canada webpage that can help individuals easily access benefits and services in Canada

The Canada Greener Homes Initiative aims to help homeowners save money, create new jobs across Canada for energy advisors and fight climate change. Initiatives include the Canada Greener Homes Grant, Canada Greener Homes Loan, Oil to Heat Pump Affordability program, and Canada Greener Affordable Housing initiative.

The Homeless Hub is a branch of the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness and is one of the largest libraries on homelessness research in the world. 

The Housing Hub is a non-profit organization operating out of New Brunswick that works in partnership with local communities, the non-profit sector, provincial and federal governments, and the private sector to develop adequate and affordable housing.

An information system developed by the N.B.N.P.H.A. that provides information on median household incomes, median monthly shelter costs, private and rental households, core housing need, municipal resources etc. for 34 towns and cities across the province. 

L’Arche is an International Federation that creates homes and day programs for adults with intellectual disabilities. L’Arche operates in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Public housing is a program that provides subsidies for low-income individuals that are struggling to secure affordable housing.  

Offers financial support to enhance the quantity of emergency shelters and second stage housing, as well as restoring/renovating them to ensure they meet the appropriate standards of health, safety, and security for residents, as well as providing accessibility for individuals with disabilities. 

The NB Housing Corporation holds the responsibility of various key functions, which include: supervising financial housing programs and formulating and executing housing strategies; establishing and upholding provincial housing initiatives and managing leasing contracts with landlords; managing the Residential Tenancies Tribunal. 

A phone number in New Brunswick that can be called 24/7 that provides free information and referrals for New Brunswickers who need help finding support within the community. Services are available in +150 languages.
